White Grid

I go ga-ga for summer dresses (or dresses in general), and had major heart palpitations in the middle of Lou & Grey after seeing this fluid white midi hanging delicately from the hanger. (Lou & Grey: aka my favorite new clothing store and complete danger to my wallet). All of their pieces are so effortless and each item is so versatile - the Lou & Grey pieces that I own are the ones that I gravitate towards everyday; you don't have to think about how to wear them.

This dress in particular, was a no-brainer. I didn't even need to look at the back to know it was going to be gorgeous, but I turned it around to see the black embroidered smocking. Right along the lower back, the detailing is the perfect amount of edge for this elegant dress. I almost didn't even try it on - I would've made it fit even if it didn't. As soon as I slipped it over my head and tied the black rope strap behind my neck I knew I had found "the one". You know what I'm talking about. It's "the one" that you go back to every year after year. It's timeless, you'll wear it to the bone, and it will never go out of style. Ring a bell? Simply put, it's a STUNNER. I know what I'll be living in all summer long. And the next summer, and the next summer, and so on and so forth...
